Polyurethane semi-rigid foam usually uses ABS or PVC as the surface material, which is filled with polyurethane semi-rigid foam, which becomes a kind of sandwich material like “sandwich”; polyurethane self-skin foam does not use other plastics as surface material, special use The process produces a polyurethane component with a solid outer skin at a time. Its outer skin is thicker, between a few tenths of a millimeter and 2.3 millimeters. The density of the outer skin is generally 1000-1200Kg/m3, while the density of the core layer is several hundred Kg/m3.
